IN THE NAME AND BY THE AUTHORITY OF THE STATE OF OKLAHOMA.
At the June, 1921, Term of the District Court of Tulsa County, State of Oklahoma, on the 6th day of June, Nineteen Hundred and Twenty-one, the Grand Jury of said County, good and lawful men, legally drawn and summoned according to law, and there examined, impaneled sworn and charged according to law, to diligently inquire into and true presentment make, of all public offenses against the State of Oklahoma, committed or triable within said County, upon their oaths, in the name and by the authority of the State of Oklahoma, do present and find that in said Tulsa County and State of Oklahoma, on or about the 1st day of June, in the year of our Lord One Thousand Nine Hundred and Twenty-one and prior to the finding of this indictment, one [signature] Harrison Baskin, and three other persons whose names are to the Grand Jurors unknown, did unlawfully, knowingly, wilfully, riotously and feloniously assemble together, the said defendant and the three others there assembled with him, being then and there armed with rifles, shotguns and pistols, the said defendant and the three others with him intending then and there by brandishing and discharging firearms and threatening and challenging to fight, to disturb, to disturb the public peace and quiet of the City of Tulsa, and while so acting in concert, each with the other, and in furtherance of a previously formed intent, purpose and agreement, and while so armed as aforesaid, did congregate and
