Grace B. Johnson, of lawful age, after being first duly sworn, on oath, states; that she is personally acquainted with Joe Piro and has known him more than two years last past; that she was one of his tenants on June 1st, 1921, occupying one three room house located on Lot 4 in Block No. 46 of the city of Tulsa, Oklahoma, the property of the said Joe Piro, for which she paid him the sum of $22.50 per month; and that she had so occupied said premises for two years prior to and up to and including 1st day of June, 1921; that on said date said property was totally destroyed by fire. Further affiant saith not.
