Court House Dear Lady, Dear Sir: Something new, just informed today as my first knowledge my wife having secured a divorce (but on with grounds) such answer recorded by Judge J. H. Wilk, this city, has had my name removed from a large batch of oil stock she say by court order. What court can sign a live man's name away, and take possession of his property, as he may wish, she ask nothing but divorce in her filings, Judge Mathis gave her divorce about 8 to 15th of Jan. Robt Burns was her lawyer she has changed her name also in that oil stock carried some of my hard earned money for two years while we were together. A telegram also from company todays says that it is true and changed to name of Lillian Turner Judge Cole had letters of explanation also Judge Mathis also Judge Seaver, that there was something needed investigation before divorce was had all letters was signed correctly and no court has given Scott Pickett
