MINUTES OF TWENTY-FOURTH MEETING
RED RIVER COMPACT COMMISSION
DALLAS,TEXAS, January 17-18, 1962.
The twenty-fourth meeting of the Red River Compact Commission was called
to order by. the Chairman at 10:00 a.m., January 17, 1962, in a conference room
of the Southland Hotel, Dallas, Texas. The following were present:

The minutes of the twenty-third meeting of the Commission were approved.
The scheduled review of the recently revised draft of compact (dated 1-21-61)
was postponed until the next meeting of the Commission so that Richard M. Huff,
Chiarman of the Legal Advisory Committee, could be present, because he had prepared
and distributed that draft.
