FOR RELEASE: July 20, 2012 OKLAHOMA EMPLOYMENT REPORT - June 2012 Oklahoma unemployment rate improves in June In June 2012, Oklahoma’s seasonally adjusted unemployment rate dropped by 0.1 percentage points to reach 4.7 percent. The national unemployment rate remained at 8.2 percent for the period. The state’s seasonally adjusted unemployment rate was down by 1.4 percentage points from June 2011.
