Program of All-Inclusive Care for the Elderly (PACE) This publication is authorized by the Oklahoma Health Care Authority in accordance with state and federal regulations. OHCA is in compliance with the Title VI and Title VII of the 1964 Civil Rights Act and the Rehabilitation Act of 1973. For additional copies, you can go online to OHCA’s website www.okhca.org under Research/Statistics and Data (http:// www.okhca.org/research/data). The Oklahoma Health Care Authority does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, national origin, gender, religion, age or disability in employment or the provision of services. The data is valid as of the report date and is subject to change. Program of All-Inclusive Care for the Elderly (PACE) is a unique, capitated, one-stop, home and community-based program. PACE pro-vides an array of necessary medical and social services for the frail and elderly within the home or at the Cherokee Elder Care Center in Tahlequah. It is the first Native American sponsored program in the United States and is available to those living within specific Zip Codes of the piloted area. Moreover, one must be 55 years of age or older, qualify for state nursing home level of care, be safely cared for in a community setting and meet the financial qualifications for SoonerCare . PACE programs assume full financial risk for each member’s care without limits on dollars or duration and are responsible for a full range of needed services.
