Purpose	The primary goal of the Self-Help Information Portal (SHIP) grant project was to develop online tools and resources to assist OCSS customers in overcoming obstacles to paying their child support thereby making child support payments a reliable source of financial support for their children. Other objectives were to increase online access to our services and increase customers’ pro se (self-help) access to the court process where customers represent themselves.; OCSS developed and implemented Parent webpages on our website which contain information from existing and new content compiled in a user friendly menu that features four sections: 1) How Child Support Works; 2) Information About Your OCSS Case; 3) “Do-It-Yourself” Modification; and 4) Help in Your Area. The webpages contain a customer satisfaction survey of the Parent webpages. The survey also has questions regarding suggestions for future content upgrades to the OCSS website.
