It provides FREE one-on-one health coaching to strengthen our health and improve our great state. Personal health coaching empowers individuals to take healthy ACTIONS in physical fitness, nutrition, staying relaxed and being tobacco-free. All state employees may participate in health coaching appointments via the telephone, during regular business hours. There is also a program for those who would like to work on their own. This gives guidance and ideas on how to develop and maintain their own goals. It’s customized! In fact, as an active state employee or elected official, you already have your own wellness page that can be tailored to fit your individual needs! For a free, no-obligation preview of what’s available, go to OKHealth.ok.gov The website resources include: Up-todate health and wellness news, exercise database, stretching database, healthy recipe box, and wellness event calendar.YOU are the one who will decide what topics fit your lifestyle and goals. If you want, you can chart your progress with a food-intake tracker and exercise tracker using Runkeeper & Fitbit interfaces.You’ll also find articles related to your wellness interests. All of our wellness services will continue to be FREE to active state employees. All active state employees are encouraged to participate. To sign up go to the OKHealth website and select the Total Wellness Program tab. Then select the Enroll button.
