Vocational Rehabilitation Counselors for the Deaf and Hard of Hearing (RCDs) • Our counselors help clients get a job, keep a job or get a better job. • Assist clients in finding resources in the community that are available for people that have a hearing loss. • Provide sign language interpreters for VR consumers for VR services statewide. • Work with other counselors with clients that have a severe hearing loss. • Act as consultants for other agencies or organizations regarding resources and responsibilities.
