HOLIDAY HOURS State Agency will be closed Monday, January 21, 2013 - Martin Luther King Day Monday, February 18, 2013 - Presidents’ Day 2013- ESI SUBSIDY PAYMENT SCHEDULE The new subsidy schedule is available on the website. The employers may now visit ESI Pay-ment Schedule to view future payment date. Please send all pages of invoice to Email: in-sureok@ okhca.org or Fax (405) 530-3433. INSURE OKLAHOMA RENEWALS Paying close attention to IO renewal notices will allow employees to re-enroll so they don't miss subsidy payouts. IO will not backdate for failure to enroll when notice to renew and PINs are released. For questions please call 1-888-364-3742. IO Renewal Requirements OPEN ENROLLMENT PERIOD Always touch base with your groups even if outside your carrier open enrollment period. Be-coming income eligible is a qualifying event to enroll for group insurance for most of IO carriers and your groups may not realize they can have insurance if they previously did not qualify. Income Guidelines and Qualified Health Plans QUESTIONS OVER PHONE The Insure Oklahoma Call Center has transitioned to a new vendor. To insure a smooth tran-sition, please make sure you have the required information to verify we are speaking with the correct contact on the account. IO is unable to answer questions over email for security purposes. We are happy to assist the agent of record, the designated employer contact and/or business owners listed in our files. The CSR’s must have identifiers to verify who they are talking to. Example: last four digits of ssn, the group’s FEIN number, an agent’s OID number, an ad-dress, phone number, etc. This is for HIPPA reasons. If the person calling in can give no iden-tifier, no information will be given to them.
