2010 License Renewal
Oklahoma Board
of Chiropractic
Examiners
As you are aware the
license renewal expiration date was changed
during the 2008 legislative session from December 31st to June 30th.
This is effective now and
your 2010 license renewal
fee and renewal form will
be due on or before June
30, 2009 for your 2010
license renewal. However, the Board adopted a
reduction in license renewal fee for 2010 license
renewal so all fees have
been prorated to 1/2 of
the fees set forth in the
Oklahoma Chiropractic
Practice Act.
Active:
$112.50
Inactive Resident:
$50.00
Inactive Non-Resident:
$87.50
Retired:
$25.00
You will also have until
December 31, 2009 to
submit your continuing
education and malpractice to the OBCE. If you
have any questions at all
regarding the new license
renewal date please contact staff at the board
office. Our online renewal is also available
and is a convenience we
have provided for submitting renewals. We will
also be attending the
license renewal seminars
to collect renewals for
those that would like to
pay there.
Your license once renewed for 2010 will be
good from July 1, 2009
through June 30, 2010.

We are on the web! Those of you who have not taken advantage of this great way to
renew your license you are missing out on the convenience! You can renew online
from the convenience of your office, home, cell phone or however else you access the
web! Just simply go to www.chiropracticboard.ok.gov click on the renewal icon and
get started!
For those of you who still wish to mail in your renewals, enclosed with this newsletter you will find the 2010 license renewal form. Remember the form has to be fully
complete before it can be processed. If it is not the form will be sent back along with
your check for your renewal. Don't be late! Send it the fee and form in by June 30!
