SoonerRide is a statewide, non-emergency transportation (NET) program providing the most appropriate and least costly mode of transportation necessary to meet the individual needs of SoonerCare members. SoonerRide makes transportation available to medically necessary appointments by contracting through LogistiCare with local transportation networks.
