March 20, 2013 FOLLOW US Use Planned Giving to Leave a Legacy with OHS Spring Break Activities March 19-22, 1:00pm to 3:00pm Cherokee Strip Regional Heritage Center Enid, OK Bring the whole family to the Cherokee Strip Regional Heritage Center and take part in handfuls of fun hands-on history week activities. During Spring Break, March 19-22, special activities are planned between the hours of 1:00pm and 3:00pm. Between those same hours, everyone gets into the Heritage Center at the kids admission price of $3.00. Hands-on History Week Activities: Tuesday, March 19 - Land Office and Surveying - Join a survey crew and file your claim in the 1893 U. S. Land Office. Wednesday, March 20 - 19th Century Housekeeping - Learn the finer points of housekeeping Victorian style. Chores include doing laundry with a scrub board, churning butter and more.
