Latimer County claims Oklahoma’s highest county
unemployment rate for November
In November 2011, Latimer County again posted Oklahoma’s highest county unemployment rate at 10.1
percent. Okmulgee County recorded the state’s second highest county rate, and McCurtain County
accounted for the third highest monthly rate. Roger Mills County provided Oklahoma’s lowest county rate in
November. For the month, only two of Oklahoma’s 77 counties (Adair and Ottawa) reported unemployment rate
