Opportunities for Living Life Fast Facts Oklahoma health care authority Under Opportunities for Living Life (OLL) the OHGA develops, operates and administers new program initiatives for SoonerCare members. Additionally, OLL develops collaboration among state and private agencies, community organizations, and stakeholders in creating a system of health care, long-term care support and home and community-based services support that meets the needs of Oklahoma citizens. Opportunities for Living Life offers long-term care sendees and support benefits to certain members who are enrolled in SoonerCare Traditional or SoonerCare Supplemental plans. Age Breakdown of OLL Members Community, 2,717, 12% Living Choice, 99,1% My Life, My Choice, 55, 0% Sooner Seniors, 31, 0% Medically Fragile, 36, 0% SoonerCare Home and Community-Based Sendees (LICBS) Waivers allow the flexibility to develop and implement creative alternatives to safely serve SooncrCare-qualified individuals in a community-based setting other than a long term care facility. There are eight HCBS waivers available in Oklahoma: ADvantage, Community, Llomeward Bound, In-LIome Supports for Children, In- Home Supports for Adults, Medically Fragile, My Life My Choice and Sooner Seniors waivers. Children Ages 20 and Under 20,111 Adult Ages 21 64 95,003 Race Breakdown of OLL Members Oklahoma SoonerCare members residing in a long-term care facility: 15,743 Program of All-inclusive Care for the Elderly (PACE) is a unique, capitated, one-stop, home and community-based program. PACE programs assume full financial risk for each member's care without limits on dollars or duration and are responsible for a full range of needed services. PACE is a permanent provider under the Medicare program and a state option under the SoonerCare program.
