The guide may be used to educate and properly train physicians, nurse practitioners, physician assistants, nurses, medical assistants, office managers, and other office staff. 2. A five-part video series that provides strategies for communicating effectively with parents about vaccine safety. Each component is 5 to 10 minutes in length. A moderator’s guide is available for those who wish to view the videos in a group setting. The training guide can be downloaded from: http://www2.aap.org/immunization/pediatricians/trainingguide.html.
