Dear Madam and Gentlemen:
Pursuant to Senate Bill 786, which created the Oklahoma Housing Trust Fund, we are submitting

In 2010 the Oklahoma Housing Trust Fund had one new award and granted extensions to the
following projects:

2 Single Family Homes, Acquisition - Rehabilitation
Status: new award
Tri County Indian Nations Community Development Corporation: City of Coalgate, Coal
County
2 Single Family Homes, New Construction
Status: Two houses completed 1 sold and 1 listed for sale, six month extension granted
Wyndam-Norman Partners, LP: Norman, Oklahoma,
Fifty-four (54) Elderly, Multi Family; New Construction
Status: Construction completed and currently leasing, two year extension granted
Delta Community Action Foundation, Inc.: McClain County,
Fifteen (15) Single Family Homes, New Construction
Status: Two houses completed 1 sold and 1 listed for sale, one year extension granted
City of Miami: City of Miami, Ottawa County,

Status: ongoing construction, 18 month extension granted
The Oklahoma Housing Trust Fund Program was originally appropriated approximately $4
million dollars over a four year period to help combat current Oklahoma economic conditions,
federal housing policies, and declining resources at the federal, state, and local level that were
affecting the ability of low and moderate-income persons to obtain affordable housing.
