Student’s parents or family members can also download or order a free Transion Tool Kit from the Ausm Speaks website as well for use during IEP planning. Ausm Society Transions General informaon and ps from the Ausm Society website, hp:// www.ausm‐society.org/living‐with‐ausm/lifespan/transions.html, about how transions affect individuals with ausm or ausm spectrum disorders (ASD). 2013 Funding for this publicaon is provided by the Oklahoma State Department of Educaon through the Teacher Registry Training contract using Individuals with Disabilies Educaon Act (IDEA) federal funds.
