Purpose	The LEASE PUMPER'S HANDBOOK has been written to assist you in producing oil and gas from marginally producing wells. This information should be appropriate anywhere that crude oil may be found. Every well that has been drilled where crude oil has been discovered experiences the reality that with each day's production, there is less oil remaining in the reservoir than there was yesterday so production declines. Eventually, production will be so low that all wells will be plugged and abandoned. You must have the knowledge and skills necessary to extend or even increase your production and the life of the field with the lowest practical lifting cost.
