Funded by OKDHS Oklahoma Child Care Services, REWARD Oklahoma is designed to promote quality child care in Oklahoma. Providers who meet the eligibility requirements may receive salary supplements ranging from $400 to $1500 per year. REWARD Oklahoma is a collaborative effort committed to the following outcomes: 1. Reduce turnover of primary caregiver teachers in child care. 2. Reduce turnover of child care directors and assistant directors. 3. Ensure continued and successful completion of formal education for child care professionals. 4. Support wages of child care professionals who contribute to attaining outcomes 1, 2 and 3 (above).
