Oklahoma Digital Prairie is your entrance to the state collection of online services and resources.
The areas found here include documents, photographs, reports, pamphlets, posters, maps, audio/visual content and online research databases.

School or Library

If you experience a problem accessing a Digital Prairie database in your library or school:

    • Try it again! Or close and reopen the browser and try accessing the database again.
    • Try connecting to another Digital Prairie database.
    • Try accessing the database in another browser or on another computer, tablet or phone.
    • Try allowing pop-ups in your browser.
    • If you receive an error message please be prepared to explain the specific message to technical staff at
      • EBSCO 1-800-758-5995
      • Britannica 1-800-621-3900 ext 7160 
    • Check with your institution's technical department to determine if similar problems are being experienced at other sites. 


If patrons/students are experiencing access Digital Prairie problems from home:

    • If you are using a mobile device, make sure you are connected to wifi.
    • Determine if you are using the current (case sensitive) username and password. Do you have one from the librarian or media specialist at your school, college, or public library?
    • If you are accessing the database through a library/school website try accessing it through or
    • Try accessing another database to see if the issue is database specific.
    • Try allowing pop-ups in your browser.
    • If you receive an error message please make note of the specific message so you can inform technical staff.

Note to State Government Users

If you are having trouble accessing the EBSCO databases from the entrance for our state government customers, try the tips above first to confirm you can’t access the resources. Then, contact EBSCO technical support at 1-800-758-5995. Have your IP address ready, and tell the EBSCO technical staff that you live in Oklahoma and should have access to EBSCO through geolocation.
